Wedding Rehearsal

Wedding Day

  • One lead coordinator (assistant coordinator as needed based on guest count)

  • Point of contact between wedding party, family members, and vendors

  • Set up decor items such as guest book, cake toppers, favors, and programs

  • Manage the flow and timing of the ceremony and reception

  • Line up and cue wedding party and dj/mc for ceremony, grand entrance into the reception space, first dance, parent dances, cake cutting, bouquet toss, final exit, etc

  • Collect all ceremony items and gifts and deliver to reception site or designated person
